Did you send my poster? - As soon as your poster leaves our warehouse, an agent will send you an email to let you know it is on the way to you!
How are your poster shipped? All of our poster pre rolled and wrap in plastic. Then are shipped in a sturdy tube or box depending on how many poster you have purchase.
Can I send you money order to pay for my poster? I am sorry but we do not accept money order or personal checks. The only payment we are accepting is any major credit card or paypal.

interested, with your country and zip. Send

What is your return policy? We have a 100% guarantee on all our

I have received my order but the package was crush. How can I get a replacement? Since your order was damage during transit. Simply take a few pictures of the damage package and item. Then send the photo to email@example.com. This is the fastest way to resolve this problem. If you are unable to take pictures of the damage or cannot send photo via email. You may return the package back to us. Once received by our return department we will notified you via email.
I have place an order in your website. But I order the wrong item. How can I cancel? If your order has not left our warehouse we can still cancel the order. If your order has already shipped. We can no longer cancel the order until we received it back to our warehouse. What you can do is refuse the package or simply add "return to sender". We will notify you once our return department has received the item.
I was notified that one of my posters is out of stock. Can I exchange it for other poster? Yes, you can exchange. As long as the item you are exchanging is the same price value.
